Meet Charlie, founder of Kitchup and an all round lovely man. In his own words, he lives to eat. Food plays a huge role in all aspects of his personal and professional life. He used to base his meals around meat but in January he made a conscious decision to eat less meat. Here’s the man himself talking about his Lo meat epiphany.
