Pot Tip #1

How to avoid overheating your food and getting the dreaded mouth burn in your enthusiasm to wolf it down. For fork sake, don’t you just hate that :(

  • Follow heating directions on the pot
  • Remove from microwave and cop a feel of the bottom
  • Insert If the centre of the botom feels hot to touch, the pot is heated through
  • Remove lid and stir it up to thoroughly mix the protein, carbs and veg
  • Dig deep and dive in
